今日、キム・イェジ先生のトレーニング動画の第1回を完走しました！🔥 正直、基礎トレって地味でキツいイメージだったけど、この内容はガチで目から鱗でした😭✨
特に「ボディコントロール」のパートが凄かったです。ただ先生の動きを真似するんじゃなくて、自分の体をどう制御するかの感覚を学べるから、踊ってる時の安定感が全然違います！
リズムトレーニングも「Up」と「Down」の基礎からしっかり教えてくれるし、上下肢の連동のコツを掴んだら、ずっと悩んでた「ぎこちない動き」がスッと消えた気がします…。😭 下半身の重みを感じながら移動する訓練も、実践的でめちゃくちゃためになりました！
怪我防止のストレッチまで入ってて、パワフルなダンスを踊るための準備が完璧に整う感じです💪 基礎から見直したい08ラインのみんな、これガチで優勝だから絶対見てほしい…🫶
今日はヨンミ先生とイェジ先生のダンスレッスンを受けました！本当に学びが多くて、刺激的な時間だったので簡単にレビューをまとめます。
- アイソレーションの細かさ： ただ動かすだけじゃなくて、首や肩の「止め」を意識するだけで、ダンスのキレが全然違って見えることを実感しました！イェジ先生のお手本が本当にかっこよくて、目が釘付けでした。
- 韓国語でのニュアンス指導： ヨンミ先生が教えてくれた「쫀득하게（チョンドゥカゲ）」という表現がすごく分かりやすかったです！日本語だと説明が難しい独特なリズム感も、韓国語の擬音で説明してもらうとスッと体に入ってきました。🇰🇷
- カメラ映えする角度： 「自分の得意な角度を見つけて」というアドバイスが一番の収穫でした。鏡越しじゃなくて、常に「カメラにどう映るか」を意識する大切さを学びました。
感想： 最初は振付を追うのに必死だったけど、先生たちが「表情までがダンスだよ！」と盛り上げてくれたおかげで、最後は自信を持って踊れました。練習生の基本をしっかり叩き込んでもらった感じです。今日学んだことを忘れないうちに、明日の自主練でも復習します！
