What’s a normal day like in a trainee’s schedule?
Do trainees get any free time to rest or have fun?

A typical day for a trainee can be quite busy and structured. Most trainees have a full schedule that includes vocal training, dance practice, language lessons, and sometimes acting or fitness training as well. Days often start early and finish late, especially as evaluations or auditions approach.
While the environment is goal-oriented and can be strict at times, many trainees also build close friendships and support systems with each other. Depending on the company, there may be short breaks or rest days built into the schedule, but free time can be limited.
That said, every company is a little different! Preparing mentally and physically is a great first step, and having a strong mindset will help you adapt well. We’re cheering for your journey—good luck with your audition!👍
