Hi everyone! How do you balance school and idol training?

I’m still in school and also trying to practice singing, dancing, and Korean every day.
Sometimes it feels like there’s just not enough time!
Do most trainees go to regular school? Or do they switch to something like online classes?
I want to keep my grades up but also not fall behind in training.

Balancing school and idol training is definitely tricky, but many trainees and idols have to manage both, so it’s a common challenge.

🎓 Do trainees go to regular school?

  • Some trainees attend regular school during the day and train in the evenings or on weekends.
  • Others choose online classes or home-schooling if their training schedule is very busy.

⏰ How do they manage time?

  • Time management is really important. Many trainees follow a set daily routine to balance both school and practice.
  • They may use breaks or free time to practice singing, dancing, or studying.
  • When things get busy, they prioritize depending on what’s more urgent—like a test or a performance.

💡 Helpful tips:

  1. Make a daily schedule for school, practice, and rest.
  2. Get enough sleep and rest to avoid burnout.
  3. Set small goals for both school and training, so progress feels easier.

It’s not easy, but with good habits and planning, it’s possible to do well in both school and idol practice. Stay consistent and don’t give up!
