Hi, I’m from India and I want to be a K-pop idol.

I practice dancing and singing every day, and I’m learning Korean too.
But sometimes I wonder—do Korean companies accept trainees from India?
I’m planning to audition online, but I’m not sure which song or dance to choose.
If anyone has experience or advice, I’d really appreciate it!

Hello~ Nice to meet you!
These days, Korean entertainment companies don’t care about nationality.
And I saw on this blog that most of the members of Starbank Daeppang are from India.
I’m preparing for K-pop auditions only until the end of this year, and starting next year, I plan to use the Korean I’ve learned here to get a job.
Let’s do our best together!

I am Indian too! From what I know, your race or nationality doesn’t really matter when you audition for K-pop.
What really counts is your talent and potential!

Hi, Sahil.
To become a K-pop star, nationality and race don't matter.

What matters is who you are, what talents you have, and what efforts you put in.

If you speak Korean a little better, I think you'll get a better score than other competitors. Thank you.🥰
