Can I audition if I live overseas?
Hi, I’m a student living outside of Korea, and I dream of becoming a K-pop idol. I really want to audition for an idol agency someday, but I’m not sure if I can because I live in another country.
Is it possible for someone like me to audition online or in person? Do I need to go to Korea for the audition, or are there global auditions available? Also, is there an age requirement?
I’d really appreciate any information! Thank you! 😊
f course you can audition even if you live overseas! 😊
Many K-pop companies hold online and global auditions, so you don’t need to be in Korea to apply. Just check their official websites or social media for audition info.
You usually don’t need to travel unless you pass the first round.
As for age, most companies accept trainees from around 12 to early 20s, but it can vary.
Good luck with your dream — don’t be afraid to try! 🌟
