K-pop audition skills and passing
They say that even if you are really good at dancing or singing, it's disadvantageous in K-pop auditions. Does anyone know why?
Isn't it because they are looking for people with potential? People who are willing to learn hard are preferred over those who are good at it. In the East, I think they place a lot of importance on posture.
Hi. Smith 2010
The most important thing in K-pop auditions is the basics. The biggest mistake that applicants usually make is dancing too flashy. Dancing with inaccurate movements can actually be disadvantageous to the applicant. Even if you do simple movements, it is better to show accurate dance moves. Appeal as an applicant who looks like he has solid basics. Good luck. Thank you.
